Background data on any business is often best found within the online pages of Better Business Bureau, but in this case it’s another website, GoldPrice.org, that has the digs on GetGoldCash.com.
GoldPrice.org credits the establishment of Get Gold Cash Incorporated to Craig Nusinov, the company president and coming from a family that has dealt with jewelry and precious metal buying for over generations. His great-grandfather had founded Nusinov Jewelry in 1923 at Baltimore, MD.
More (Contradicting) Information from the BBB
GoldPrice.org states that GetGoldCash.com had begun in August 2006 and launched its website in January 2008. The BBB, however, lists its start date at November 2006 and its incorporation a few months back at September 2006.
Other contact information, however, remains the same. Its office is located at 200 Red Brook Blvd, Ste 200 in Owning Mills, MD. ExpressGoldCash.com also has eight persons in its employ.
One other contradicting information about the website is related to the ratings provided by the BBB itself. GetGoldCash.com is proudly accredited by the BBB since May 2008, but it also has a somewhat mediocre rating of B. Could this mean that standards of the BBB are going down or does the B rating reflect the most recent actions of the company?
Further research shows that BBB received only six complaints pertaining to the website, but half of this had to do with delivery issues.
Caught on TV
An expose made by Channel 10’s New I-Team could probably be the last nail in its coffin as far as most people are concerned. The expose revealed how GetGoldCash.com had offered the undercover reporter shockingly low rates for his items.
